With the advent of patch 2.3 of WoW gold game, the following improvements have been made to leveling within the "Old World" of WoW gold game:

- The amount of experience needed to gain a level in WoW gold game has been reduced for levels 20 to 60. (Please note that experience bars have been converted based on strict percentage.)
- The amount of experience granted by quests in WoW gold game  has been increased levels 30 to 60. This increase will only apply to Old World of WoW gold game quests and not those available in Outland at level 58.
- Level 1 to 60 dungeon quests in WoW gold game have had their experience and faction rewards increased.
- Many elite creatures and quests between levels 1 and 60 in WoW gold gamehave been modified to accommodate solo play.
